FAQs

I’m based in Bath and love travelling around the South West of England and into South Wales for special events. I travel for free up to a 20 mile radius from my home. Beyond that I charge 50p per mile there and back.

How far do you travel?

Yes. I bring everything I need for my performance, including amplification for all events. I use a Roland AC33 for my guitar and vocals. I cannot perform unplugged at a wedding or party, only for yoga and wellness retreats of 20 people or fewer.

All of my equipment has been PAT tested and I have Public Liability Insurance unto £10 million as a member of the Musicians Union.

Do you provide your own equipment?

Yes! My amp is battery powered and I’m happy to play outdoors provided there’s a suitable sheltered and shaded space.

Do you take song requests?

Absolutely! You are welcome to choose every song I play for your special day. Or I can draft a set list for you. Whatever you prefer! Take a look at my song list, which I update regularly.

If there’s a special song you’d love to hear that isn’t on my list already, I’m happy to learn up to 3 new songs especially for your event when you book at least 3 months in advance. I have a repertoire of 250+ songs too, so there’s plenty to choose from!

Please note I cannot guarantee to be able to accommodate all of your song requests, but I will try my best!

Ceremony

Make your entrance, sign the register and start the first moments of married life with live music.

I'll provide up to 30 minutes of live acoustic music as your guests arrive, followed by the soundtrack to the ceremony itself.

Includes:

  • Guest arrival (30 mins/ 8-9 songs)

  • Processional song as bridal party walk down the aisle (1 song)

  • Songs during register signing (1-2 songs)

  • Recessional music as couple and guests leave (1 song)

I'll play 90 minutes of relaxed acoustic music while you and your guests mingle, chat, celebrate and enjoy that post-ceremony glow.
