Hi! I’m Poppy Rose, a self-employed singer, singing teacher and live performer based in Bath. This privacy policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it and how I look after it.

Gmail / Google. I use Gmail to communicate with clients, students and people who contact me.

FreeAgent. I use FreeAgent for bookkeeping, invoicing and accounting records.

These services may process personal information on my behalf. I only provide or store information that is necessary for the relevant business purpose.

I may also share information with professional advisers, such as an accountant, where necessary, or where I am legally required to do so.

6. How long I keep your information

I keep personal information only for as long as I reasonably need it for the purpose it was collected, including to provide services, manage my business and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Financial and business records may need to be kept for longer because of legal or tax requirements.

When information is no longer needed, I will securely delete it where appropriate.

I provide singing lessons to people aged 12 and over.

Where I work with a student under 18, I may communicate with their parent or guardian where appropriate for arranging lessons, bookings and payments.

I only collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide the service.

I may update this privacy policy from time to time if my business, website or the way I use personal information changes.

The latest version will always be available on my website, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
